About Our Puppies

GoldenDoodles are the perfect mix of cuddly and energetic. Because of their dominant ancestors (poodle and golden retriever) they have a mix of couch potato and working dog energy. 

GoldenDoodles are diverse in their personalities, but dull is never a possibility. Our puppies are a sweet, playful, and sometimes rambunctious bunch. Each litter has its determinable personalities, so if you are looking for something specific, just ask!

GoldenDoodles fall into different generational categories based on the number of times the specific line has been bred back to a poodle from a golden retriever. All of our puppies are of generation to have the genetic makeup to be fully furnished. This means that our puppies - based upon their genetic natural selection - won't shed. 

Maintaining a GoldenDoodle can be hard if it gets out of hand, so prevention as far as health/skin/fur issues is key. GoldenDoodles require enrichment, coat maintenance, and love for successful maturing and to become the perfect pet!

• All pets require enrichment, so we recommend purposeful and playful interaction with your pet 5-7 times weekly.
•  We recommend bathing your pet twice a month*, and brushing out their coat 3-5 times weekly. *Note: overbathing can cause major skin irritation

As pet owners, we are simply unable to do it all for our pets. For this reason, keeping up to date with pet professionals on vaccines, grooming, etc. is very important. 

• Puppies require 3-4 initial sets of vaccines, and bi-annual or annual checkups after that. The frequency of visits is at the discretion of your trusted Veterinary Professional. 
• Services like grooming are also very important! A well kept pet should be groomed about once every six weeks. 

Just like us, our pets can get sick! Unlike us, our pets cannot directly tell us when they don't feel well. For this reason, it is very important to be well aware of your pet and their unique personality. Our pets tell us that they don't feel well in the way that they behave, so not wanting to play ball, or having less of an appetite than usual are signs that should be paid great attention to. Confer with you Vet Care Provider and make a plan to get your furry friend back to normal!
